Tequila
Cascahuín
Created by Salvador Rosales Briseño in 1904, in the traditions of tequila production, is known as an old-school distillery. The choice of the best agaves grown in the “zona valles” together with its quality processes, makes it an authentic company. It is produced in El Arenal, Jalisco. A geographic region named “The Gate of the Agave Landscape”. Cascahuin is a prehispanic word interpreted as “Cerro de la Luz” or Hill of the Light.
Ponche
Pajarote
Was created in 2001 by the artist Monica Leyva. Pajarote delves into and shares the rich Mexican tradition of ponche – essentially punch – expressed through hand-crafted liqueurs with flavors unique to Mexican heritage. Tamarind, chocolate, guava, and ginger are at the forefront. These spirits use cane distillate from a traditional producer in Jalisco as a base and are sweetened with piloncillo (coarse cane sugar).

Mezonte
In each region of Mexico, traditional agave distillates are known by various names, including mezcal, raicilla, bacanora, vino de mezcal, vino de roca, tuxca, and tepe. Mezonte collaborates with producers from several regions across the country, with a particular focus on supporting and promoting those in Jalisco and Michoacán.

Mezcal
Don Mateo
Mezcal Don Mateo de la Sierra is run by maestro Emilio Vieyra. Don Mateo was Emilio’s grandfather. He migrated from Guanajuato to Michoacán in 1840 and began producing mezcal. Given that Don Emilio represents his family’s sixth generation of maestro vinatero, what better ambassador of the spirit of Michoacán. Coming from Michoacán gives their mezcals a very different character and taste from those made in Oaxaca or elsewhere in Mexico.
Rum
Paranubes
Our rum is a great spirit, pure and undisturbed representation of its raw materials, capturing not just the flavor but the essence of its origin. Paranubes Rum exemplifies this by using a wild fermentation of fresh pressed sugarcane juice grown without pesticides or fertilizers in the rich soil of master distiller Jose Luis Carrera’s Farm. Distilled to proof with no additives, we are thrilled to share this spirit with the world, highlighting the raw beauty of its land and people.
