Founded in 1904 in the traditions of tequila production processes, distinguishes itself today, for its authentic flavors and select quality from the best-cultivated agaves in the valley area.
Pajarote
Pajarote explores and shares the Mexican tradition of ponche. It is essentially punched, but here, it is expressed using flavors specific to Mexican heritage in hand-crafted liqueurs.

Don Mateo
Don Mateo sources premium agaves from local farmers. The agaves are pit-roasted, fermented in wooden tanks, and distilled in a pine and oyamel Filipino-style alembique still.
Paranubes
Paranubes Rum is made by wild fermenting the fresh pressed juice of sugarcane grown without pesticide or fertilizer in the rich soil of master distiller Jose Luis Carrera’s farm.
